South of Woodbridge
- I-95 North to Route 123 exit toward Woodbridge. Left on to Route 1 North at third light. Continue over bridge then right on to Furnace Road at light. Bear right under train tracks then turn right on to Old Colchester Road at four way stop. Turn left on to private drive with marina sign. Continue to Security gate.
North of Woodbridge
- I-95 South to Route 123 left exit toward Woodbridge. Left at first light on to Furnace Road. Bear right under train tracks then turn right onto Old Colchester Road at four way stop. Turn left on to private drive with marina sign. Continue to security gate.
